2009 Oscars Live | Oscars Fashion
I'm really excited for the Academy Awards. I will surely watch 2009 Oscars live and see my favorite stars walk the red carpet once again. Why Is The Movie Entitled Eleven Minutes?
Eleven minutes is a fabulous movie and Jay McCarroll at his best. When I went to watch Eleven Minutes online, I think the movie is real and raw, giving a true glimpse into the life of not only a designer, but an edgy artist on the brink of stardom, fortune and fame within the cut throat world of the fashion industry.
The movie is actually a documentary. It allows you to watch Jay's entire creative process. From his initial sketches to the production of the line, to the big show, to the subsequent selling of the line, this move explores the nitty gritty industry and the decision making process. It shows what an artist must go through in order for their work and voice to be heard above all the other noise.
Why is it entitled 11 minutes? Because that's how long his runway show during New York's Fashion Week will last.

Love Is In The Air
Even though I'm single, I still celebrate Valentine's Day. I don't have that special someone but I do have my friends. I read their blogs and they are all planning to send me love quotes and love messages on Valentines. How thoughtful of them. I think I'm going to do the same.
I looked into their source and I picked this one from Oscar Hammerstein's Sound of Music as my Valentine's Day text quote that I will send them:
A bell is no bell 'til you ring it; A song is no song 'til you sing it,
And love in your heart; Wasn’t put there to stay -
Love isn’t love; 'Til you give it away.
How about you? Can you feel that the love is in the air?

Multiply Themes, Layouts and Backgrounds
The social networking website, Multiply, is slowly becoming popular around the world. It first got a lot of followers in Asia, but apparently, it is slowly gaining momentum and recruiting more global audiences.
One reason why Multiply is becoming bigger is that it is more than just your ordinary social networking website. It is also a personal media hub. You can upload your photos, videos and music and share them with your friends easily and with just a click of a button.
Furthermore, you can search the web for multiply themes and layouts so you can customize the look of your account. I think this is one of the initial attractions of Multiply to the young audience. Being able to showcase one's individuality through their own theme, layout and background.
By the way, here's one website that offers free Multiply Themes, Layouts and Backgrounds.
