Orphan Full Movie?

A friend of mine said to me that he was able to watch Orphan online for free. And he says that it is the full movie. I am surprised because Orphan has not yet been shown in cinemas. So how is it possible to have Orphan full movie online? Just like what another website says, you can watch Orphan online if you want but it's best if you watch it in cinemas. And I guess that's what I'll do if I can find friends who will go with me.
